The Zexcoil Z-Series Tru-Gauge pickups are the most accurate to vintage specs of anything we make. Tru-Gauge bridge pickups for Tele utilize 42 and 43 gauge coil wire as appropriate and incorporate a standard copper plated steel baseplate to more closely mimic the response of conventional Tele pickups.

The ZT59 utilizes 42 gauge coil wire wherever possible and the same wind levels as the ZVH5. At an output level of around 3.3 H, this pickup is modeled after the classic Tele models of the 50s and 60s, and is probably most representative of the response one thinks of when one thinks, “Tele”.

• Pickups may take 2-3 weeks before ready for shipment.

• Z-Series pickups have their covers potted on. Removal will void the warranty.

• Cover color choice is presented at checkout.

• All of our pickups are made to order and with fixed cover (pickups potted in their covers) Z-Series/Z-Core models, orders placed will be built with covers selected at checkout and color changes will be subject to a $10 restock fee, $25.00 for a set of three.
