The Zexcoil Dual Core™ platform is the newest addition to our arsenal of pickups. Dual Core pickups consist of two independent pickups, or “Cores”, side-by-side under a conventionally sized humbucker cover. The Double Single 2™ incorporates a single coil voicing in both Cores, that can be run independently or in combination.

The DDS2 is a lower output version of the DDS1. Core 1 delivers about 1.9 H and Core 2 delivers about 2.2 H. The series output is similar to a Wide Range humbucker. The Fat 55 option can be used in either core and adds a bit more differentiation to the respective voices.

And don’t forget the 3 position on/off mini toggle switch to access our recommended switching. This may be selected in the drop down box when ordering the pickup(s).

• Pickups may take 10-15 days before ready for shipment.

• Double Single pickups have their covers potted on. Removal will void the warranty.
