The Convertible™ for J Bass® Neck features a lower wind compared to the bridge model, for the neck or front position. In Silent Split™ mode it has a response similar to the Fat 5™, but at a lower output level, comparable to a low wind conventional single coil J Bass. In series mode it has a powerful, but clear voice, kind of like AlNiCo 5 on a LOT of steroids.
